11 Functions
The functions of a board are as follows—
to supervise, maintain and control the operations of the board’s school;
to erect, alter, add to, purchase or sell buildings used or to be used for the board’s school;
to effect general improvements to the premises used or to be used for the board’s school;
to provide an educational program for the board’s school;
to make policies and procedures about—
fees and charges payable in relation to students enrolled or to be enrolled at the board’s school; and
the discipline and conduct of students enrolled at the board’s school; and
the management and control of the board’s school; and
the matters mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (d);
any other function given to the board under this Act or another Act.
