34 Board must notify Minister about financial viability
(1)
A board must give the Minister written notice of a matter that raises a significant concern about the financial viability of the board’s school.Examples of matters that may raise a significant concern about the school’s financial viability—
a proceeding started against the school that may result in payment of a significant amount of damages or legal costs a significant decrease in enrolments at the school
(2)
The notice must be given immediately after the board becomes aware of the matter.
