47 Administrator’s powers and functions
(1)
The administrator has the board’s powers and functions.
(2)
This Act and other Acts apply to the administrator, with all necessary changes, as if the administrator were the board.
(3)
The Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017 applies to the administrator, with all necessary changes, as if the administrator were the school’s governing body.
