60 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may impose a penalty of no more than 20 penalty units for a contravention of a regulation.
A regulation may be made about elections under this Act, including—
a minimum or maximum amount that may be provided for in a by-law of a board as the board’s electoral eligibility amount; and
an amount that is the electoral eligibility amount for a board; and
when an election is to be held; and
a maximum number of terms for which a person may be elected as a member of a board.
