Right to tender

Current

(1)

An eligible person may tender for a proposed GHG lease the subject of a call for tenders.

(2)

However, a tender—

(a)

must comply with the requirements under section 114 for making a permit-related application; and

(b)

must be made to the Minister in the approved form; and

(c)

can not be made—

(i)

after the closing time for the call; or

(ii)

for only part of the area of the proposed GHG lease.
