Current

In deciding whether to approve the proposed amendment the Minister must consider—

(a)

the development plan criteria; and

(b)

the extent to which the current development plan for the GHG lease has been complied with; and

(c)

if the proposed plan provides for a significant change that is a reduction of GHG stream injection—

(i)

whether the reduction is reasonable; and

(ii)

whether the GHG lease holder has taken all reasonable steps to prevent the reduction.
