241 Authority ends if relevant GHG tenure ends
(1)
A GHG data acquisition authority ends if the relevant GHG tenure ends.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies subject to any noncompliance action taken for the GHG data acquisition authority or the relevant GHG tenure.
