329 Compliance with land access code
A GHG authority holder must—
(a)
comply with the mandatory provisions of the land access code to the extent it applies to the holder; and
(b)
ensure any other person carrying out an authorised activity for the GHG authority complies with the mandatory provisions of the land access code.
