373 Recovery of unpaid amounts
(1)
If a provision of this Act requires a GHG authority holder to pay the State an amount (including interest) the State may recover the amount from the holder as a debt.
(2)
In this section—
holder includes a former holder of the GHG authority about whom the remedial powers were exercised.
