Conferences with eligible claimants or owners or occupiers started before commencement

Current

(1)

This section applies if—

(a)

an authorised officer asked parties to attend a conference under section 377B as in force before the commencement; and

(b)

immediately before the commencement the conference had not taken place.

(2)

The conference must take place under chapter 6, part 1A as in force immediately before the commencement.

(3)

The Common Provisions Act, chapter 3, part 8 does not apply in relation to the conference.
