54 Water issues
(1)
In preparing the proposed work program, the proposed GHG permit holder must have regard to potential groundwater issues.
(2)
The proposed work program must include a plan for the treatment and disposal of any water taken or that may be taken because of the carrying out of authorised activities for the proposed GHG permit.
