55 Criteria
(1)
In deciding whether to approve a proposed initial work program the Minister must consider—
(a)
the potential of the proposed area of the GHG permit for GHG storage exploration; and
(b)
the extent and nature of and when and where the tenderer proposes to carry out the proposed GHG storage exploration; and
(c)
any relevant authorisation required under the Water Act.
(2)
The matters mentioned in subsection (1) are the work program criteria.
