The relationship between this Act and the following Acts is provided for under chapter 4, parts 2 to 8 and—

(a)

for the Geothermal Act—chapter 5, parts 2 to 8 of that Act;

(b)

for the Mineral Resources Act—chapter 9 of that Act;

(c)

for the 1923 Act—section 40(1A) and part 6FA of that Act;

(d)

for the P&G Act—chapter 3A of that Act.
