92 Consequence of failure to comply with notice to give proposed later work program
(1)
If a GHG permit holder does not comply with a requirement under section 91(5)(a), the permit is cancelled.
(2)
However, the cancellation does not take effect until the Minister gives the holder a notice stating that the GHG permit has been cancelled because of the operation of subsection (1).
