30 Annual rent
(1)
For sections 86(1), 168(1) and 243(1) of the Act, the annual rent payable for a GHG authority is stated in schedule 1.
(2)
If the period to which the annual rent relates is less than a year, a pro-rata amount of the rent is payable for the year.
(3)
If the annual rent for a GHG authority is paid for a year and the authority ends during the year, the proportion of the annual rent for the remainder of the year may be refunded.
