111 Standing for limitation order
Each active party, and any entity that would be adversely affected by a proposed limitation order, has standing to be heard in relation to the making of the order.
Example—A journalist who would be excluded from a hearing by a proposed closure order would be an entity that would be adversely affected by the proposed order.
