122 Withdrawal by leave
(1)
This section applies if the tribunal gives leave to an applicant to withdraw an application under the QCAT Act, section 46.
(2)
The tribunal must give notice of the withdrawal to the parties to the proceeding that the tribunal considers should receive notice of the withdrawal.
(3)
The QCAT Act, section 46(2) does not apply to an applicant under this Act.
