260 Management by public trustee
If, immediately before the repeal of the repealed Act, the public trustee manages a person’s estate under section 32(1) and (2) of the repealed Act, then, on the repeal of the repealed Act the public trustee is taken to be appointed by the tribunal as the person’s administrator for all financial matters.
If, immediately before the repeal of the repealed Act, the public trustee manages a person’s estate under section 32(1A) and (2) of the repealed Act, then, on the repeal of the repealed Act, the public trustee is taken to be appointed by the tribunal as the person’s administrator for all financial matters.
