50 Keep property separate
(1)
An administrator for an adult must keep the administrator’s property separate from the adult’s property.
Maximum penalty—300 penalty units.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to property owned jointly by the adult and administrator.
(3)
Subsection (1) does not affect another obligation imposed by law.
