80Y Period for which containment or seclusion approval has effect
(1)
A containment or seclusion approval has effect for the period stated in the order.
(2)
The total period for which the approval has effect must be not more than 12 months from the day the order is made.
(3)
This section applies subject to sections 80Z and 80ZB.
