80ZA When containment or seclusion approval may be reviewed
The tribunal may review a containment or seclusion approval at any time—
(a)
on its own initiative; or
(b)
on the application of any of the following—
(i)
the adult;
(ii)
an interested person for the adult;
(iii)
a relevant service provider to which the approval applies;
(iv)
the chief executive (disability services);
(v)
the public guardian;
(vi)
if the adult is subject to a forensic order, treatment support order or treatment authority under the Mental Health Act 2016—the chief psychiatrist;
(vii)
if the adult is a forensic disability client—the director of forensic disability.
