82 Jurisdiction
(1)
Subject to section 245, the tribunal has exclusive jurisdiction for the appointment of guardians and administrators for adults with impaired capacity for matters.
(2)
The tribunal has concurrent jurisdiction with the court for enduring documents and attorneys under enduring documents.
(3)
The tribunal has the other jurisdiction given under this Act.
