Part 1—Preliminary

2 Commencement

The following provisions commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation—

(a)

sections 3 to 6;

(b)

parts 2 to 5;

(c)

part 6, other than division 4, subdivisions 1 and 2;

(d)

schedules 1 and 2.
