31F Minor amendment of permit
(1)
The Regulator may, by notice given to the holder of a permit, amend the permit in a minor respect—
(a)
for a formal or clerical reason; or
(b)
in another way that does not adversely affect the holder’s interests.
(2)
The Regulator must give notice of an amendment to a class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (permit) or mass or dimension exemption (permit) to the relevant road manager—
(a)
if the permit is amended for a formal or clerical reason—within 28 days after the permit is amended; or
(b)
if the permit is amended in another way—as soon as practicable, but no later than 7 days, after the permit is amended.
