47 Application
(1)
This Division applies for the purposes of applying the Information Privacy Act 2009 of Queensland (the IP Act) under section 696(1)(a) of the Law.
(2)
The IP Act applies for the purposes of the Law with—
(a)
the modifications stated in this Division and Division 1; and
(b)
any other necessary modifications.
