For the purposes of section 461(6)(a)(ii) of the Law, the mass limits allowed under mass alternative compliance accreditation must comply with the limits specified in Schedule 5.

Note—Mass limits allowed under mass alternative compliance accreditation apply to a person only when the person operating under the accreditation is eligible for and complies with the requirements in Schedule 5 for higher mass limits.
