Amendment of s 598 (Power to cancel or suspend vehicle registration)

omit, insert—

(2) The court may make an order that the registration of a heavy vehicle in relation to which the offence was committed and of which the person is a registered operator is cancelled. Editor’s note— This subsection is a substituted Queensland provision.
