143 Class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (permits)
The Regulator may, by giving a person a class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (permit), authorise the use of 1 or more class 2 heavy vehicles—
(a)
in stated areas or on stated routes; and
(b)
during stated hours of stated days.
