28 Payment of returns to Commonwealth
Housing Australia must pay to the Commonwealth as soon as reasonably practicable:
(a)
all amounts Housing Australia receives on behalf of the Commonwealth under Help to Buy arrangements; and
(b)
any interest Housing Australia receives in performing its functions under this Act.
