11 Particular public holiday in 2012

A public holiday is to be observed on 11 June 2012 for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

To remove any doubt, it is declared that a reference in an industrial instrument under the Industrial Relations Act 1999 to a public holiday is taken, for 2012, to include the day mentioned in subsection (1).
