18 Employment of staff
(1)
A foundation—
(a)
must employ a managing executive officer; and
(b)
may employ other staff it considers appropriate to perform its functions or exercise its powers.
(2)
A member of the staff of a foundation, other than a person made available to the foundation under section 19—
(a)
is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the foundation; and
(b)
is employed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022.
