Dissolution of foundations—Act, s 73

In force

For section 73(2) of the Act, the Central Queensland Hospital Foundation is dissolved.

Note—The Governor in Council ordered by gazette notice under section 72(2)(a) of the Act that the entry for the Central Queensland Hospital Foundation be removed from the register.
