38F Displacement provisions
(1)
Sections 38B and 38D are declared to be Corporations legislation displacement provisions for the Corporations Act 2001 (Cwlth), section 5G.
(2)
Sections 38B and 38D prevail to the extent the sections are inconsistent with a provision of the following legislation—
(a)
the Associations Incorporation Act 1981;
(b)
the Co-operatives National Law (Queensland).
