Schedule 2Conditions of registration applying to each registered provider
7 List of community housing assets
(1)
A registered provider must keep a list, in the approved form, of—
(a)
if the provider is a national provider—all of the provider’s national community housing assets; or
(b)
if the provider is a state provider—all of the provider’s state community housing assets.
(2)
The provider must make the list, or a copy of the list, available to the registrar for inspection on request.
