70 Appointment conditions and limit on powers
(1)
An authorised officer holds office on any conditions stated in—
(a)
if the officer was appointed under section 69(1)(b), the officer’s instrument of appointment; or
(b)
a signed notice given to the officer; or
(c)
(2)
The instrument of appointment, a signed notice given to the officer or a regulation may limit the officer’s powers under this Act.
(3)
In this section—signed notice means a notice signed by the chief executive.
