Housing Act 2003

a funded provider that—

provides housing services, other than a funded provider that only provides home maintenance services or home modification services; and

is, under the provider’s funding agreement, described as an approved provider in relation to the disclosure of confidential information; or

an exempt provider or registered provider if—

the exempt provider or registered provider is engaged under a contract or agreement by an approved provider mentioned in paragraph (a) to provide services to the approved provider; and

under the approved provider’s funding agreement, the approved provider is authorised to disclose confidential information to the exempt provider or registered provider.
