10J Application of Land Act 1994 to freeholding leases
Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Land Act 1994 applies to a freeholding lease and for that purpose—
(a)
a reference to the Minister in that Act shall be read and construed as a reference to the Minister charged with the administration of this Act;
(b)
a reference to the Department of Lands or to the department in that Act shall be read and construed as a reference to the department in which this Act is administered.
