34 Prescribed housing service information—Act, s 18(1)
The prescribed housing service information is information that—
is given by a person who the State or a funded provider has provided a housing service to under a residential tenancy agreement; and
is about—
the number of people who live in the housing provided under the housing service at any time during the tenancy period; and
the identity, and income, of each of those people; and
when each of those people becomes an occupant; and
when each of those people stops being an occupant.
In this section—
residential tenancy agreement—
has the meaning given under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008, section 12; and
includes a rooming accommodation agreement within the meaning of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008, section 16.
tenancy period means the period when people live in the housing provided under the housing service, under the residential tenancy agreement, including any renewal or extension of the agreement.
