1027 Authorised industrial officers taken to be authorised under this Act
(1)
This section applies to an authority issued by the registrar under old section 364 that, immediately before the commencement, was still in force or had been suspended.
(2)
The authority is taken to have been issued under section 337.
(3)
The authority continues to be subject to any conditions that applied to the authority immediately before the commencement as if the conditions were imposed under this Act.
(4)
If the authority was, immediately before the commencement, suspended under old section 365 for a period, the authority continues to be suspended for the period.
