1072 Provision for old s 596 (Publication of application)
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a notice stating details of an application for exemption has been filed under old section 594 has been published under old section 596; and
(b)
the application has not been decided.
(2)
The notice stating details of the application is taken to have been published under section 814.
