1079 Provision for old ch 12, pt 16, div 2
(1)
This section applies if an application for the deregistration of an organisation had been filed under old chapter 12, part 16, division 2 but not finally decided before the commencement.
(2)
The application must be decided, and any deregistration has effect, as if the repealed Act had not been repealed.
