109 Entitlement of other seasonal employees
The commission may decide the entitlement to long service leave of an employee—
(a)
who is employed in seasonal employment, other than an employee to whom subdivision 7 applies; or
(b)
who is employed in other periodic employment that is not defined as casual employment by a relevant industrial instrument, federal award or federal agreement.
