113 Recognition of certain exemptions
(1)
This division does not apply to an employer if—
(a)
the commission exempted the employer, under the repealed Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1961, from the application of long service leave provisions in that Act or an award; and
(b)
the exemption is in force.
(2)
On application, the commission may revoke the exemption.
