149 Variation of modern awards to correct minor errors etc.
(1)
The registrar may, on an application under the rules or on the registrar’s own initiative, vary a modern award to—
(a)
correct minor or technical errors; or
(b)
reflect a change to the name of a party or update another reference that has become outdated.
(2)
The variation takes effect when it is approved by the commissioner nominated by the president to approve variations for this section.
