162 Interpretation of relevant instrument
(1)
A term used in a relevant instrument has the same meaning as it has—
(a)
in this Act; or
(b)
subject to paragraph (a), under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies subject to a contrary intention in the instrument.
