Division 1Conciliation
175 Application of division
(1)
This division applies if—
(a)
the peace obligation period has ended; and
(b)
a negotiating party asks the commission to help the parties reach agreement.
(2)
However, this division stops applying if the negotiating parties notify the commission that the parties intend to resume negotiating without the commission’s help.
