179 Application of division
This division applies if—
(a)
the matter is referred to arbitration by the conciliating member under section 177; or
(b)
an application for arbitration of the matter made under section 178 is granted by the commission.
Note—
Industrial action organised, or engaged in, while the commission is arbitrating the matter under this division is not protected industrial action—see section 234.
