186 Matters to be stated in scope orders
A scope order in relation to a proposed bargaining instrument must state—
(a)
the employer, or employers, to be covered by the instrument; and
(b)
the employees to be covered by the instrument; and
(c)
the employee organisations to be parties to the instrument.
