249 Commission to make order if test not passed
(1)
This section applies if the commission is not satisfied the modern award provides for equal remuneration for work of equal or comparable value.
(2)
The commission must make an order under part 3 to ensure the modern award provides for equal remuneration for work of equal or comparable value.
