253 Orders on application etc.
(1)
The commission may make an order under this part on application by—
(a)
an employee to be covered by the order; or
(b)
an organisation whose rules entitle it to represent the industrial interests of employees to be covered by the order; or
(c)
a State peak council; or
(d)
the Minister; or
(e)
the human rights commissioner under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.
(2)
Also, the commission must make an order under this part on its own initiative if required to do so under section 249.
